"Yarn wasn’t as soft as I hoped"
The yarn felt kind of rough and thinner than I expected. I was hoping it would be a bit softer and fuller for my project. Anyway... it’s usable, but the quality just wasn’t great.

"Good value if you’re buying a few skeins"
I ordered a few skeins from Wool and Company and had a good experience. For the brands I was looking at, the prices felt fair compared to some yarn shops where the total can climb really quickly. I wouldn’t say every single thing is automatically a bargain, but for what I needed, it felt like solid value and I didn’t feel like I overpaid. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d order from them again, especially if I was stocking up for a project.

"They “nailed” the dye lot"
I ordered a few extra skeins from Wool & Company after realizing I was going to run short on a sweater, and I was a little nervous the color wouldn’t match.

They checked the dye lot and sent me the exact same one, which was such a relief. The new yarn blended in “perfectly,” and I didn’t have to rip anything back or redo my work. I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely order from them again

"I ordered some yarn for local pickup..."
I ordered some yarn for local pickup and they said it would be ready the same day, which technically it was. But the whole process felt a little slow, and the pickup instructions were vague. It’s frustrating when places make it sound easy and quick but don’t really explain what to do when you get there. The staff was nice once I got help, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average.

"Rewards are decent, just a bit slow haha"
I do like earning points when I order, but the rewards program feels a little slow sometimes and not always the easiest to figure out haha. It’s still worth using if you order often, though

and I was disappointed when my woolandcompany.com order showed up with the wrong color yarn. One of the items was correct, but the main one I actually needed for my project wasn’t the color I picked online. I was all ready to get started, so now having to sort this out is frustrating. I get that mistakes can happen, but I do think order accuracy should be better.

"I usually stick with my go-to..."
I usually stick with my go-to yarn brand, so I’ll admit I felt a little conflicted shopping here, but they actually had most of what I needed in stock. One color was sold out, which was a bit annoying, but overall it was still a easy shopping experience. I’d probably come back, even if part of me still feels loyal to my usual place.

I’ve ordered from Wool and Company a few times, and I’m sure the reason I keep coming back isn’t just the yarn, though the yarn is great. It’s more the whole community feel. The posts and knit-alongs make it feel like there are real people hanging out there, not just a shop trying to sell stuff. Everyone I’ve come across seems helpful and friendly, at least from what I’ve seen. It’s just a really nice little online place for yarn people.

I was so excited to find a pattern I liked, and then—of course, the ones I actually wanted were missing again. It’s so frustrating I could scream. I keep hoping there will be more options, but it feels like the good stuff disappears right when I need it.

I really liked the vibe in this shop. It felt cozy and calm, which I appreciate because I don’t love feeling crowded or pushed into buying something. The staff were nearby if I needed help, but they gave me space to look around at my own pace. Just a really nice, comfortable spot to browse yarn.

"Winding Didn’t Really Work Out for Me"
I paid extra to have the yarn wound, i wish I had just done it myself. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but the actual cake was messy. One of them kept collapsing while I worked with it, and I ended up finding tangles in the middle. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for me, it wasn’t worth the added cost, and I’d probably skip that service next time to avoid the hassle.

"Good kit options, thankfully no guessing"
I ordered a project kit from woolandcompany.com, it was easy, which I appreciated because I really did not feel like figuring out which yarn matched which pattern. They had a nice selection of kits, everything was packed well, and the colors were close enough to the photos. So yes, credit where it’s due, I’d buy another kit again.

I ordered a few skeins, and the colors were close to what I saw online. Close, not exact, one of them looked a little warmer in person — but it wasn’t a big difference or anything that bothered me. I’m still happy with what I got and I’d order again. Giving 4 stars just because yarn color can be tricky, and it’s always a little hard to tell from photos.

My yarn got here faster than I expected, I want to say it arrived on Tuesday, or maybe it was Wednesday, but either way it was quick. It was packed well and everything looked fine. Not overnight-fast or anything, but no complaints. I’d order again if I needed yarn fairly soon

"Surprisingly painless yarn shopping"
I actually had a good experience using woolandcompany.com. The site was easy to get around, which was a nice change from the usual online shopping maze some stores seem weirdly proud of. I found the yarn I wanted quickly, the filters did their job, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t have to question my life choices halfway through. Pages loaded fast for me too, so overall it was a smooth, no-hassle shopping experience. Imagine that.

"Easy exchange, no drama"
I accidentally ordered the wrong yarn color from Wool and Company and, i was kind of expecting the exchange to be a hassle. But it really wasn’t. I emailed them, and they got back to me quickly, which was a relief.
The return instructions were clear, and my replacement actually showed up sooner than I thought it would. So yeah, I really appreciated that it was just simple and didn’t turn into, you know, a whole big thing.

"Pretty fun workshop overall"
I had a good time in the workshop and definitely feel like I picked up a lot. The class was chill, and whenever I got stuck, the teacher was there to help me figure it out. I’m not an expert or anything, but I left feeling more confident than when I started.

My yarn showed up in a sturdy box, and everything inside was neat and not squished at all. The skeins were wrapped in tissue, and the colors were clean, which I really appreciate because that’s always a concern when ordering yarn online. It wasn’t over-the-top packaging or anything fancy, but it didn’t need to be. It just felt fair and thoughtful, like someone took a minute to make sure the order was protected before sending it out. I’d definitely order from Wool & Company again.
